Commonly Asked Questions

Do I really need to floss?

Yes, flossing is essential for maintaining optimal oral health as it helps remove plaque and debris from between the teeth and along the gum-line, where toothbrushes can't reach. Skipping flossing can increase the risk of cavities, gum disease, and other dental problems over time.

How often do I need to visit the dentist?

It's generally recommended to visit the dentist for a check-up and cleaning every six months. However, based on your oral health needs, you may need to make more frequent visits. The earlier we can catch the problem and prevent it, the better.

What is the best way to prevent cavities?

The best way to prevent cavities is to practice good oral hygiene, including brushing your teeth at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, flossing daily, eating a balanced diet low in sugary foods and beverages, and visiting your dentist regularly for check-ups and cleanings.
